EHPM declarations will close on Aug 13th at 10pm. Initial voter lists will be up very soon, followed by the final voter list as the election date gets closer.
I'll be sending the final numbered voter list to Shamus along with the ballot, since this is his election to run. Shamus will send this out to all the park PMs. All voter ballots will be returned to him.
This is of course IF we have a contested election.
