Just out of curiosity, what is the incentive of pre paying for an event? It costs more to prepay than to just pay at the gate. I do like the dues option though, allows me to be lazy.

Honestly, for this event there is no true benefit except convenience. Because of the variable gate and the *newness* of the system, there was no way to offer the $5 fee and enforce it at gate. However, I wanted to make it available to those who wanted it.

For the future events, it's less than a dollar more to not have to worry about getting cash for gate. (I always forget to stop by the ATM). We may be able to offer a discounted fee for those that prepay once we get the bugs worked out, but that's still far off.

No, due to the unique nature of this event's gate fees, there are no refunds or rebates for this event. See the pre-pay website for additional details.

If you pre-pay, you are paying $10.61 for the event regardless of when you arrive.

Unfortunately, pre-paying has a monetary disadvantage for this event. However, I wanted to make the option available as we have already set it up. This gives those the choice if they want to choose it. Some people will come to the event on Friday and choose to pay $10 to help the Kingdom. This option is for them.

For future events, the cost for pre-paying will be only slightly higher ($.76) so it will be more appealing. Especially for people like myself who pay $2.50 service charge to pulse out money from the ATM because I inevitably forget to get money before I head to Corsicana.
