Greater Resurrect moved from x2 to x5
Experienced limited to levels 1-4.
Dervish moved from 1 point to 2 points.
Make Stun per refresh for Bards and reduced cost to 1.
Fix the issue with magic balls in the magic definitions section still referring to arrows. Make clear
that wounding spellballs are stopped by armor, and have no effect on armor unless otherwise
noted (except for the engulfing parts).
Add in a helmet bonus that is separate from, but similar to, the gambeson bonus. Applies to
chest only.
Update FAD to indicate you can’t activate it if you died while Suppressed. This matters since
States now go away after you die, and we want Suppressed to be able to stop FAD. Also state
that FAD doesn’t remove states in general when player dies.
Stun now imparts the Stunned state.
Healer gained Hold Person at 2nd level
Changed range on Attuned from ‘self’ to ‘touch’ and specified it as ‘self-only’ under Scout.
Clear up that Sanctuary means ‘cannot have any weapons on you, in any way, ever, period’.
Paladin got an additional pro-mag at 6th level. Now 2/refresh
Revamp look the part to all apply to first level, standardize magic users look the part to an extra
point of magic at the highest level.
Moved Assassinate to 1st level for Assassins
Clarified that special effects, enchantments, etc should be declared at the beginning of an
engagement if it is relevant for that engagement and at the soonest reasonable convenience if it
becomes relevant.
Clarified that Traits don’t require Strips unless they are granted by an Enchantment. Clean up
the wording on Berserk and Enlightened Soul to match
Change Greater Ress to state that it works regardless of any states on the target. A Healer who
is Insubstantial cannot ress somebody else anymore. That was an accident. Funny, though. A
Healer could still Greater Heal somebody else who is Insubstantial, though.
Clarified that Reload only ends where it began when ended by Reload
Adaptive Blessing/Protection now works on Sorcery as well.
Clarified that players may use magic on themselves while Insubstantial instead of just self. They
can still only use magics that affect Insubstantial players, though. Greater Heal, for example,
works fine. Heal, however, does not.
Clarified that phase bolt/arrow do go through Sanctuary as it is a protection school ability
