Baron needs to be filled, we can do without a regent, and Rayel is pro-tem champion for life. In order to qual you need to enter 5 war events and 5 cultural categories into our park quals. We will probably decide when that will be this Saturday. |

Yes, baron regent and champion all have the same qualifications. |
