If you cannot log in, or cannot stay logged in, or see an "Account Locked" message on your user profile, it is most likely an issue with autologin not working properly. Occasionally updates to the forum software cause this but most often it happens when switching browsers, updating browsers, clearing out cookies, or cookies being altered. This happened to me when I switched browsers at work recently. A quick fix that will probably solve the issue is: A: Insure you dont have the forum open. B: Clear your cookies out...all of them. C: Clear all your temp files out. D: Make sure that Amtgard-EH.com is listed as a trusted sight.(this will keep you from losing your cookie data that allows you to log in automatically...that data isnt stored on our server.Sometimes sites that arent on windows trusted lists are 86'ed by security software) Email an admin if this doesn't fix the issue. |
