There have been a couple times that I received an email notification that I got a message from so-and-so here, but when I log in to the forums immediately after, there are 0 new messages and no trace of it. Any idea what's going on? |

Private messages that have not yet been viewed can be deleted by the sender. |

Also, if your inbox is over its limit, you can't see new messages till you delete some of the old ones. |

Ah yes, didn't think of that. I raised the limit on messages in your inbox, go take a look now. |

I was well below the limit, but the message only appeared for me a week or so after the notification. |
