If you are NOT dues paid, you can still receive a Player Handbook.

To get a Player Handbook, simply become dues paid.

For the betterment of the game, my goal is for all EH members to have Player Handbooks. I am not concerned about "running out."

If you do not get one at Coronation, I will have some on hand when visiting parks.
