Now that Clan is over I am gearing up for MR!! I need volunteers to run feast and gate. Please post here or PM me if you are interested.

Forrest has approved for the Amtgard Food Fight for every 2 cans donated you will receive 1 silver of EH money up to 5 silver. So for 10 cans donated you can get 5 silver pieces.
Also I will be hosting a canned food tourney. The cost to enter the tournament will be 2 canned goods/ nonperishable items or 1 dollar. I am working on a format that may allow for individuals to buy back into the tournament for an additional entry fee.

Ok Eniad has gate and Alby / Tigerhawk have feast. Now for some details:
This event is a full on role play event. You are "in-game" once you get on site. We will have quests availible at a number of locations. You can complete quests to gain in game currency as well as to help find the parts of the Tome of Nullification to help us finally conquer what lies beyond the portal.
We will also have orc ball, jugging, and pirate football availible. If 2 teams are ready to go at it for fun, or on a wager of coins, we will provide the reeves. We will have a gladiator pit where you can test yourself against others and try to earn some coin with your stick. We will have a "casino"* set up for those wanting to play in the poker tournament.
You can earn coins also for working. yep, do a gate shift, help with pavillions, NPC, reeve, complete quests, etc. and you will get in game coin. The coins are good for hiring mecenaries, buying in game enchantments, buying food and drinks from the Kingdom merchant or at the tavern.
Kingdom relics will be in play. Find them by completing quests. Work for the Drow or the Elves, pay "The Guild" to help you get rid of that pesky someone. Earn honor and glory by completing quests for the Monarchy. Full on game starts at 8pm friday and goes until midnight Saturday.
Specific rules will be availible at gate and questions will be answered at the royal pavillion.
NOTE: The trench field is OFF LIMITS to the role play game and those wanting to come and just swing stick will be able to do so without having to engage in role play if they choose not to.
*The casino is for fun and in game purposes only. Winners will earn in game currency. IUn game currency may NOT be traded in for real $$.

For now the plan is to have a Texas Hold'em table. If other games are requested, I will see if we can accomodate them.

Also, anyone who wants to volunteer, let me know. I need NPCs and people to play Monsters as well as people who want to run the jugging/orcball/pirate football field.
If you are reeves qualified (or willing to get qualified) and want to help reeve, contact Dark Tigger.
Remember, people who help will be paid in game coin for their efforts.
