Actually, I could make some Cupcakes for desert for Saturday night. We're looking at what 200 people? That's what (takes off gloves and starts counting on fingers and cloven hooves) under 20 dozens? I'll be a busy Satyr that Wednesday prior to Banner Wars, but it might be fun! And, don't worry, those who know me, I'll stick to a nice and safe flavor. :)

You have officially been declared Dessert-o-crat for Sat. night feast! PM me your email address so I can add you to the crat yahoo list!
I'd say prep for 200-250 folks. A slew of folks tend to go out to a local restaurant or have food at their own camp Sat. night, but I also want to make sure there's plenty to go around.
Anyway you can make a batch or two in that total for folks with diabetes/sugar restricted diets?
That local satyr rocks!

Woohoo!!!! My email address is SearchingForClaudia@Yahoo.Com and I will find a recipe that's just as good for the sugar restricted diets. The cupcakes are already gluten free (it's easy, just swap my flour), so this shouldn't be too hard! I was excited before, but I'm even more excited about it, now!
