The Spring Feast is upon us! Come one, come all to Eagleshire (Denton, TX)!
On Sunday, May 18th there will be a Cook-out as well as a Cooking Competition.
The categories for the cooking competition will be Main Course and Dessert. To enter into the completion, you must follow these instructions.
Create a Write-up for each food item entered. It must include;
1. Your name
2. Food Category (main dish or dessert)
3. Name of food item
4. Ingredients used
5. Instructions followed
6. Any Awards won by you
Submit your Write-ups to the Park Regent by 2 P.M.
- All items will be collected between 1:00 pm and 2:30 pm.
- Judging starts at 2:40 pm.
Limit of 5 entries per category
Judging will be based on taste, texture, presentation, and difficulty. There will be 5 judges. Entrants must have a way to maintain their dish until judging (hot/cold). Plates, cups, and utensils must be brought as well if they are needed for your dish
Please bring your friends and family for a day of community and fun! And who knows, there might even be a battle game or two!
Thank-you and all the best,
~ R'Kaida

Huzzah! Huzzah! Huzzah!

Eagleshire is proud to announce the award winner of our Spring Feast Food Competition!

Traveling all the way from Morning Wood Glen, this individual is relatively new to our community of Amtgard. With barely five months under her belt, she has made great strides and has impressed many people. It is a known fact that this person is willing to go the distance in Amtgard, be it by traveling to far events at other parks or by learning new fighting techniques.

With her Cinnamon Streusel Apple pie earning her 3.83 points and her light and fluffy Carmel Apple pie earning her a 4.25, I would like to declare Honey Bunny the award winner of the Eagleshire Spring Feast Food Competition!

With this, Honey Bunny has received her first Order of the Dragon!

Next time, when you see her, please be sure to congratulate her on a job well done! Honey Bunny is completely deserving of her award and more!

Thank-you and best wishes to all,

R’Kaida ~ Regent of Eagleshire
