Desert Winds kingdom status approved.

Rules Moderator position approved. (The Clan COM meeting Moderator)

Sir Rath elected first Rules Moderator.

Kingdom sponsorship guidelines approved.

Dor un Avathar 8.1 final changes approved.

Western Gate will be voted on next year for kingdom status.

Discussed Blackspire and Principality of the Northern lights relationship.
