Arts and Sciences:
-Continue promoting appreciation and competative spirit for A+S in the EH.
-Hold an exciting kingdom Dragon-master.
-Conitnuation of A+S Workshop's.
-Best Park Game Day Photo Contest - See who keeps the best
photographic records of their daily game days.
-Individual Park 'Momma Bear' Guild i.e. Mother's Support Rings and
Amt-focused crafts activities for kiddos for Park and Event days.
-Kingdom Relic Contest - for Midreign and Coronation,
winner gets in event covered for best 'donated to kingdom' relic made.
Echoes of the Hills Newsletter:
-The launch of a new section in the newsletter allowing for guest
articles, or perhaps even an essay competition for the newbies. Best
essay gets a prize and gets published?
-Publish a newsletter once a month.
-Offer comic book/gaming stores ad's for trade in the newsletter, i.e.
ad's in the newsletter for counter space with Amtgard literature.
Role-play:
-Promote In-Character roleplay during court, questing, etc
-Order of the Mask and additional prizes will be promoted.
-Bring back the ambiance of court, get volunteers to donate stuff,
setting it all up so that court is appealing and people want to be there.
-The kids need stuff for them too, intrigue for our little ones!
Perhaps a kids tourney and can call a little one up before the court
to receive customized 'Tyke' orders!
Fundraising:
-Trade donations/dues for EH Talons 3.0
-Benefit/donation Banquets - Rent a hall and have themed banquet(s)
for $XX a head. Have Amt artisans perform and such.
-Dollar Tourneys
Recruiting:
-Institute group/park outings to movie premiers etc. in garb. with
flyers in hand to hand out.
-Offer comic book/gaming stores ad's in the newsletter
Tanglewood Work Weekends/Improvements:
-Possibly do 1 EH Talon for 1 Cinder Block - Concept for Castle wall
to be built on Tanglewood Battlefield.
-Make Official release of Amt Talons 3.0 - used to reward Gate
Duty/Work Weekend/Volunteering.
-Make workweekend inticing with day of work and night of play. Light
the ditch field and have mini-feast. Give workweekends sense of
micro-events.
Crown Ideas/Visits/Themes
-Desire to instill Kingdom Unity.
-Promote Monthly Crown Visits for bigger turnout and added
sense of uniqueness
-Hand out surveys once and a while so that we can get some input on
what people want out of Amtgard.
-Monarchy updates in the Echoes of the Hills newsletter and possible
podcasting every month so that the kingdom knows what's going on at
the moment.
