Greetings,
I just got back from the WL event and I have some good news. Regent Slyddur (WL), Regent Diego (CK), and I have agreed to host a Tri-Kingdom Dragon Master for the upcoming reign. each Kingdom will host 2 of the "Major" caegories (i.e. garb, cooking, construction...). Scoring will be the BTA 3.5 system that we have been using here in the Hills for the past few DMs.
Once I have confirmation on all the dates and on which Kingdom is hosting which categories, I will post the details. I hope the EH steps up and shows the other Kingdoms how much cultural talent we have.
I am also going to need 1 person to help in judging the competition. To judge, you must be availible to travel to the other Kingdoms for their portions of the event as well as judging locally. Anyone who is interested please let me know.
