This milestone release covers Bard.
This is a proposal for the next version of the rules to be submitted for release in 2014.

Once this percolates for a little bit we are going to do a round of consolidation and cleanup on abilities, magic, and rules that aren't working well or are superfluous. My rough goal is to trim a handful of spells from each of the caster list totals while simultaneously backing in some of the new concepts we developed along the way into Healer and Wizard. We will also do a pass at the non-magic classes and make sure they are still balanced. Archer will likely get some attention, and Guard will probably get swapped for Insult.
