So, at MR I decided that we needed more role-play. To that end we had tables reserved for those of Noble rank (Baron titles or higher). They were announced individually, seated, and then served before everyone else. The high table was also announced, seated, and served a specially prepared meal.

I thought it was a fun idea and I got positive feedback on it. I'd like to see something similar at Coronation. Whoever is running feast, I would be glad to help arrange another such seating for feast / court. I also have a few other ideas to run by the feast-o-crat for Coronation.

Looking forward to it.

I believe it hasn't been decided for sure yet.

While this is a good start, there needs to be more. Step up the game so to speak. I saw a few good examples of LIVE action role play on the field that day,, those guys def. need to be encouraged, and emulated.
bring back the Guild of Shadows, and turn em loose at court. I'm sure some peasants would love to see some of those nobles flopping on the floor like dead trout. And those dead nobles should play it up, not just sip their wine, and keep going as if nothing happened.....if you're immune, choke on it for a min or two and then go on with life....or get pissed and demand the King to do something to Sir SO and SO for trying to poison you.

LONG LIVE THE GAME OF HOUSES

Was the attack on the King not worthy to you?

Paying attention in court will help you see all the role play that happened.

Not sure how you missed the attack. Right as court was declared over Fin said "not just yet" and started dispel magic on me. Thran a member of my guard attacked me hitting me twice as I fled. I survived but only just. Some of the attack actually got caught on video at the tail end of the Knighting.

Feast was most excellent!
