Sooo. ... Basically now that we finally have bathrooms and showers we've just decided to abandon our event site of fifteen years????

Nothing has been abandoned. The site was booked by the landowners on our MR weekend. In the meantime, the land owners and the BOD have not been able to agree on terms for the lease, so for now we do not have a lease at TWF.

Perhaps the minutes of the BoD mtg at MR are available somewhere, which will include the reasons discussed for ending the lease?

the lease hasnt been voided yet. it was just voted on doing it. to my understanding.

Yeah, I think everything that needs to be said is in those minutes. I'll ask about when they will be posted.
