All numbers were pulled from the publicly available Treasury reports. (Except for the Banner Wars fundraising total, which was pulled from an email.)

2011:
The original plans for the bathrooms from around may of 2011 were for a slab foundation, concrete floor structure, with in-slab plumbing. As I understand it, at the time the idea was that fundraising specifically for a bathroom project would be run periodically to cover the cost of supplies needed for the next work weekend. If needed, additional funds from the RGK would supplement the fundraising.

On 05/09/2011 the $800 that had been fundraised for this project so far was paid out to Susan Hall to purchase the concrete for the slab. The trenches for the plumbing had been dug, but the forms for the concrete had not been set yet. It would stay in this state for nearly a year.

April 2012: without informing the Kingdom or the RGK Susan hall and several volunteers set the posts and began decking a slightly revised building. And Susan hall requested that the RGK fund the rest of the purchases needed to finish the project. The Treasurer (Elder) and Monarch (Alby) requested a full quote before agreeing to devote RGK monies to this project.

Here is the quote from 04/09/2012 which was for pier and beam foundation wooden floor structure. $3000 +15% possible overage (Max $3450):

On 04/13/2012 Susan hall contacted the Treasurer and informed that the total bill for materials purchased from Home depot on their Home Depot card (to take advantage of a card discount) for this project was:$3346.80. Minus the $800 already on hand=$2546.80. A check for that amount was mailed on 04/20/2012.

Running total: $3346.80 of $3346.80

May:
Sometime in May, Susan Hall contacted the Monarch(Alby) and admitted that there had been some cost overruns, and that the project would require "a little bit" more money. The Monarch(Alby) said to finish the project, and present the bills for reimbursement.

On 05/21/12 A message was sent to the Treasurer and Monarch that further receipts from home depot had been tallied and "$2329.86 is the remaining receipts on building." I am going to include a picture of this message, because of how clear it is as to the total additional amount to be reimbursed was:

After several heated phone calls among the high officers, including the incoming Monarch(Docsi), a plan was formed to help reimburse Susan Hall for the overage. Alby volunteered to run a series of fundraisers, and the incoming monarch (Docsi) would match any fundraising from his monthly 10% to encourage donations. Alby projected that he would be able to raise the funds by Banner Wars, and this is what he told Susan Hall. The new total for the bathroom project was updated to: $3346.80+$2329.86=$5676.66

June:
The kickoff Fundraiser event managed to raise $440.65 which was matched by the kingdom in the first week of July: $440.65+$440.65=$881.30

Running total: $4228.10 of $5676.66

September:
09/14/2012: As of September first, the RGK was disbanded, and the remaining $226 of the RGK account balance was given to Susan Hall at MR to start the Land Household's bank account, and help with the bathroom fund.

09/17/2012: In addition there were fundraisers that month totaling $114 which was matched by the kingdom on the 17th. $114+$114=$228

Running total: $4682.10 of $5676.66

October:
10/13/2012: 3 separate fundraisers were run at Banner Wars for a total of 84.28.
10/25/2012: Instead of a simple matching, A lump some payment of $1000 from the Monarch's 10% was made to meet the projected end date for the fundraising.

However, the Monarch and Treasurer were informed that as the bills were put on a Home Depot credit card, the balance had grown ($258.53) due to interest. And this was confirmed with a copy of the card statement. Docsi agreed to continue the fundraising matching until the end of his reign, which should pay off the interest and any overage would go to fund the new Land Household bank account. The new total for the bathroom project was updated to: $5676.66+$258.53=$5935.19.

Running total: $5766.38 of $5935.19

November: $36 fundraiser from November park battles.
11/20/2012 $36 fundraiser matching payment from Monarch's 10%. $36+$36=$72

Running total: $5838.38 of $5935.19

On November 20th, The Treasurer emailed Susan Hall a statement, projecting that the final payment for December would easily cover the reimbursement total. In response there was a mention made that there were funds spent in excess of the Home Depot card bill, that was "owed to me (Susan Hall) personally." The Treasurer consulted both the current monarch(Docsi) and the previous monarch(Alby) to inquire about this. Alby called Susan Hall to reiterate that the Kingdom had only agreed to pay the additional $2329.86(amended to include interest on this amount). And that further fundraisers for the Land Household might be used to reimburse her personal expenses, but that was up to that Household, and not the Kingdom.

December:
12/17/2012: $134.35 was raised via two separate fundraisers at Coronation which was matched by Docsi's final 10%. $134.35+$134.35=$268.70

Running total: $6107.08 of $5935.19

The EH paid, out of its own funds, $4497.80 for the bathrooms. With private donations (that we know of) for an additional $1609.28, for a grand total of $6107.08 paid for an approved budget of $3000 (+15% for a MAX $3450).
