How did a single park, with an average attendance of 46, get promoted to Principality? This is a violation of our corpora and even if it wasn't they don't meet the attendance criteria.
I think Soul's Crossing is a great group, and given a bit of time, they could easily have grabbed 2 other parks to join them in creating a new confederacy and met the 75 number and gotten this promotion within the guidelines of the corpora. So why was this done and when is the Althing to confirm / overturn it since it was done as a Monarch / PM over ride of the corpora?

There are 3 criteria for an EH group to be a Principality: "Principality (only attainable by a Confederacy) i Minimum of 75 different residents signing in per month ii Must have been a Duchy for a minimum of 12 months"
Soul's Crossing meets none of them...
This is nothing against Soul's Crossing. I think SC working towards being their own Principality is actually not a bad idea. This is not the way to do it. If you shortcut a group to the end reward, you actually deprive them of the experience of the journey.

Suddenly, the desire to have regularly scheduled Althings be optional comes into focus.

Myself and Sir Forest have spoken on this matter and agree that this is the right thing to do.
Soul's Crossing is as far away as it gets and needs the ability to govern alot of their own issues. Meaning the ability to award themselves the higher lvl awards(up to 9th) do to the lack of us being able to see them constantly. Therefore we have made them a Principality for a 1 year test run to see if they can generate the total numbers needed to maintain that status. If not they will be downgraded to Duchy status again. In the allthing we will put up for Vote to lower the required parks for Confederacy from 3 parks to 2 parks. This will allow them to join with the other park in their area.
Allthing agenda will be released soon and will be heals same weekend as the PM elections.

I would like to have the following item considered on the Althing agenda:
I'd like to propose the following Corpora change. Under F.1.d., change the requirements for a Principality to the following: i. As per Duchy, and ii. The people there are awesome and work really hard, and iii. Almost no one visits them
