Hey all, I've done a lot of thinking about park size over the last year as we've been back and looking at the different ways that parks meet (Sometimes multiple days a week, sometimes with active but infrequent members) and feel as though the historical method that we use to determine park size is not condusive to the variety of ways that parks meet.

To that end, I wanted to come up with a method to evaluate park size that looks at all of the players that are regularly attending park independent of day, while also maintaining the park size expectations that we're used to. Using the JSOrk Alex and I have reviewed and evaluated park days/sizes since our return from COVID along with historic park size/ork numbers and I've determined the following proposal to meet those goals.

Subgroup corpora Sec. IX sub A. change
Subgroup Size/status is calculated by highest Monthly Attendance: The park day with the highest number of players (age 8 and older) that sign in at that subgroup during the month

Subgroup Size/Status is calculated by unique Monthly Attendance: The number of unique sign ins in a calendar month.

b. No time limit (Any new subgroup is considered a shire)

b. Must have been a shire for at least 6 months
3. Duchy
a. Monthly Attendance of at least 40
b. Must have been a Barony for at least 9 months
