MS new year kickoff/park quals.

OK guys lets get some interest going in MS again, Our park quals are going to be this Saturday, you now only need to enter 3 cultural events and 3 war events. Please let me know if you are interested in running for office this Saturday. And our Coronation will have a great chance if we have it on the 16th after the BOD meeting that morning.

I got some feedback from Darkangel who might be persuaded to qual for office, if the quals were moved to the end of the month. I am officially moving the quals to the end of the month, and there will also be a park election/althing to confirm the candidates on February 6.

We are still having our New Year Park kick off event on the 16th, and I hope there will be some cross-attendance from the BOD meeting.
