Firstly, I want to thank everyone for the opportunity to serve as Regent. I look forward to this reign.
I would like hear everyone's thoughts on the Drum and Dance Festival we have talked about for the park. It may not be too soon to start setting a date. It would be great to hear from any households or groups that have an active interest in drum and dance. Assuming we get sufficient interest, the plan is to hold a dance-off, followed up by a vote by the dancers for Lord/Lady of the Drum.
Without overloading the calendar too much, I was thinking of also a weapon-building party (maybe soon, so that we will be prepared for warmer weather soon), and probably some kind of cooking and baking class.
