Midnight Sun's Annual Monster Bash
Saturday, October 28th @ 2PM
http://www.amtgard-eh.com/park_midnight.html
Monster will be from the Dor Un Avathar 8.0
You must have garb for the monster you want to play as well as 2 write
ups.
Q/M ratio of 3:1 or less
No quest monsters
No abilities that create other monsters.
The trait Tough will be ignored.
You can play monsters that would nomally have these abilities but they
will not be used.
Regeneration will be allowed. However, if your opponent(s) does not
have fire or magical weapons, you will not be allowed to regenerate
from death. We do not want two trolls locked in a never ending
battlethat neither can win.

Baroness Faith,
With your permission, I would like to offer a few prizes for the best costume/roleplay/pictures as well!
Also, I will be providing a few bags of candy for the kiddies who show up and would like to see what the MS populace feels about bringing snacks for this years Halloween Bash 'Munch and Crunch' gathering.
I will also bring plasticware, plates, cups and napkins. I can bring my speciality of holiday (orange and red) Jello!
Alright, so let's get this festive samhein celebration ball rolling and reply with any ideas or offerings anyone else wants to show with!
Thanks all and hope to see you all out this Saturday! Remember, the All-Thing for the new 'Zero-Tolerance' issue is being voted upon. Come and make your opinion heard!
Regards
S

I do not know if I will be in attendance or not, but at the very least I will be sending along a few things that need good homes with more active Amtgard populace.

Thanks all or showing up to this years annual MS Monster Bash.
Thanks goes to Baroness Faith for bringing in a makeup kit for those brave enough to dress up for the event.
Thanks Sir Martello and Gabriel for dressing their parts.
Gabriel got best costume and a dagger, still digging the snake skin pattern fabric.
Sir Martello got a consolation prize for bravely sporting makeup for his poltergeist role.
Thanks all for showing up and making this bash an amusing one, and hopefully we can plan for a bigger and better bash next year.
Regards
S
p.s. Dame K'tai, we got a couple of newbies who could use newbie garb. Hope to see ya next Sat.
pps. yeah, I gotta get in the habit of making sure everyone playing has a signed waiver.

Heh, how big are they, Sutra? I've got a couple tunics in the works that could fit Yoni or Sir Morgan. I can't be out there, as I've commitments to the guy running G-Kon, but I can send handiwork. I've got a metric assload of spellballs looking for a home.

Hehe, thanks Dame K'tai,
The new guys are pretty much in the range of the typical 14-16 yr old, 6' 3" beanpole, 5' 5" average build guy and a squirt measuring in at about 3' 5" - 4".
Now about the spell balls, please do send them em in as I am bent on playing Wiz for my next class.
They will not go waste.
Regards and thanks!

It's 7:09pm central time, and I'm replying to say thank you for the update. Maybe next time.
