Bannerwars will be held the weekend of October the 14th-17th. Bids should include a budget, a list of events, a list of personnel, and an outline for the main war.
PM bids to me on this forum. No other form of submission will be accepted.
Bids are accepted until April 1st. If no bids are received, Bannerwars will be cancelled.

What is the max budget the Kingom will provide? (i.e. via the budget set forth in the corpora)

(i.e. via the budget set forth in the corpora) I spoke with the treasurer, and she said the Corpora set automatic reimbursement is $1836. However, receipts over this amount can be reimbursed via an Althing. Thorgar";p="10251 wrote: Forgive my Ignorance, but i was gone before the first Banner War. ummm Bids?
If a group wants to be responsible for running Banner Wars, they need to submit a bid, which is their proposal for what they want to do at Banner Wars. It should include a budget for feast and entertainment, a list of events other than the main war, a list of personnel committed to run BW, and an outline for rules of the main war.

Do we have information on attendance of previous BW events on hand? So peeps have an idea of the amount of food and personnel they need.

It's really difficult to gauge, because a lot of people leave before feast. The attendance has been 250-300 but I think most feast-o-crats plan to feed 200.

Hehe, good one sir.
On a serious note, have any bids been submitted?
