wanted to split this off from the other topic (only constructive stuff will be allowed)...
gate fee: 5 and under is free, 6-13 is $10, 14 and up is $15. i think ive got gate favors covered
gate: shifts are usually for 2 hours at a time starting noon on friday to right before feast on saturday. let me know specific times if you want. will also accept walk ups.
friday 9/10
12-2 pm: cynisca
2-4 pm: cynisca
4-6 pm: cynisca
6-8 pm:
8-10 pm:
10 pm - 12 am:
12-2 am:
2-4 am:
4-6 am: nevron (and catapillers)
6-8 am: nevron (and catapillers)
saturday 9/11
8-10 am:
10-12 pm:
12-2 pm: mertag
2-4 pm: alby, aria, and the rest of the BOD
4-6 pm:
war crat: seal blackhawk. ill be getting with him in the next couple of days to get rules/details
feast o'crat: aidan darklighter. (with a $100 budget) menu so far: various fruit appetizer, turkey legs, a couple different sides, apple crisp
security: alby, anyone else?
classes/demos/workshops: ideas? volunteers?

Can you come up with a time shift for gate? I can do a shift on Saturday and will talk to Ghosttiger about doing a shift.

Feast Ideas? You asked for feast ideas. How about... Hambugers and hotdogs or better yet, grill some yard bird. As for the PETA crowd... What!?! I included hot dogs. No real self-respecting meat would be caught in a hotdog, so I guess the PETA crowd will be happy. Lets face it. Its still going to be quite warm for midreign. So large sorts of fresh veggies will be on a time limit. Keep it simple. Lots of calories, plenty of fluids. thats been the general consensus, and its cheap, so yea!!
still need people for gate; please let me know what time(s) you can work. and more security never hurt anyone.

What are the dates for Midreign?
I'll pull some gate duty. Not sure what hours or how many but I'm betting that the earlest it will be is in the dark hours of Friday, to the early morning hours of Saturday.
Post a time sheet and event dates and I'll let you know.
