Mid-reign is less than a month away. I look forward to seeing everyone taking advantage of any role play opportunities, there will be several. This should be a midreign to remember. There will be 3 battle games. Singing, lots of fighting, Roleplay encouraged. All shire Shards will be in play. If you think you might volunteer for a gate shift or 2 there will be a gate schedule posted shortly.

If gate opens at noon what about the people driving up Thursday? Are we still allowed or do we have to wait?

@ artemis: usually you can get in and get set up thursday night and then come see me when i get there (im hoping for noon) on friday. im taking this from my experience from banner wars last year when there were already around 20 people there. would like a "for sure" ok from land owners

@alby: with all the drama and what nots going on, is it a good idea/wise to have the bod meeting and main battle game so close together? would it be possible to move the meeting up to noon/1 so that everyone who may like to attend would have that option available where they may not as currently stands?

if you get to tanglewood prior to friday noon, the gate should be open. let the land owners know you have arrived; then go set up camp. You will need to come back to gate later and sighn in.
for mid rieghn i would not expect to see any real numbers show until after 4pm friday.

I would prefer the BOD meeting not be at noon since it would then overlap the CoK meeting. I am sure some of the knights would like to attend both. The CoK meetign should be short, so a 1 pm BOD meeting (if the time is changed) wouldn't be a conflict at all.

Just FYI we have decided that, if it is brought up, we will Table the Drama till next meeting, seeing as how we are not sure if all of the parties are going to be at MR, and even if they were we don't want to make a habit of holding potentially serious, high emotion BOD votes where all the parties involved will be stuck sharing the same space for the next few hours. And anyway, we would prefer to give those involved an official notice that their issue will be discussed at a particular BOD meeting in advance, so they can be prepared to attend.
