Does your May Day team/house/company have what it takes to cook Feast? How about doing one aspect of a Feast:
Appetizer, Entree or Dessert? Care to provide beverages (non alcoholic)?
Pick one or do them ALL. Please remember that you will be providing food or drink for 50-80 hungry people. Paper plates, cups, eating utensils, serving spoons, large serving trays and napkins will be provided.
All other items like big bowls, pots, pans, platters or anything to toss, flip or mix your creations needs to be provided by the team please. On site are 2 gas grills, the large fire pit and one double burner gas stove.
Due to a a first time 'test' budget for this event, we will be unable to accommodate anyone with a special diet. You can however, bring your own special food. Space will graciously be provided for you to cook anything. Please bring your own cooking supplies. Sorry about this.
