If you do, then you need to get in touch with myself or your park PM to get the required info on the ORK to be eligible to vote, or even run for office.

First & Last Mundane Name
Year of Birth
One form of contact, either phone #, street addy, or email addy
For those under 14 I recommend only using a parents(guardian) contact info.
