The Kingdom of the Emerald Hills

Ok, so he is being punished by his buddies. Why does our kingdom have to bann him? Why don't we uphold the punishment that has already happened? Also, as far as I know Raban has not attacked anyone in EH, never winter, the pacific northwest ect. The only places I have heard, or seen him attacking people was in CK, when he was a patch, and BL. Unless you count the buffeting he has participated in.
Forest all I am saying is, he is being punished. Why not assign extra security at.... WBW if you feel we are unsafe?

Forest, after hearing what went down from Ryot, and a few other people that were not inside Wonton city, I will have to agree with you that maybe this bann is needed. I don't like it, but there appears to be much more that just hitting that should have been brought before the bod, but was not.

Since you have reversed your stance, can you share some of the extra details with the populace so they can make a better informed decision?

Well, when one of thengolf carts went to investigate what the commotion was he told them to leave the camp. Zircon and ryot were at the camps boundary and still apparently to close so Raban decided to spit on Ryot. Now zircon being his former knight he did not press the matter, and ryot has not brought up anything to the bod since he did not want to make waves.
