Due to the endangerment of both people and property with his unsafe use of fire lit spinning balls, known as poi, and including his unsafe use of arrows during court, one of which struck a non-combatant with the nock, and including his unsafe behavior while at the tavern, in which he knocked Lady ThreeJugs into a trash can, all of which occurred on the night of June 9. It is the ruling of this court that Sir Fytaken is here-by banned for a period of six months from any and all kingdom/park activities.
Sir Fytakin was approached privately by me to come to a reasonable recourse for his actions. He originally agreed to an alternative form of punishment involving community service for the kingdom. He has since changed his mind. As such, due to his reneging on his previous agreement with me and the manner in which he has acted, it was decided that a more severe form of punishment was called for.
I did not come by this decision lightly and have pondered it for many days, seeking the advice of those who have served before me, and from those individuals affected by his actions. It is with a heavy heart that I make this decision, because I hold no personal animosity towards Sir Fytaken. I truly hope that he will return to the game in six months with these incidents left in the past. These proceedings have been discussed with the kingdom Prime Minister and both Lady Tigerhawke and myself are in agreement that this is the safest, best course for the kingdom.
