I was wondering what people thought of changing our day to sat and possibly folding in the old cuive and tanglewood people. the only sat park is now MS and that is a bit of a hike for most of us...
Ideas? opinions?

Hey Kenta,
I hear that it's the age ol' problem of 'eh, no one's here so I'ma leave' syndrome.
Sir Scytale advised that a phone list with confirmations to members of meeting time and actual amtgarder presence helps a ton!
Don't mean to point out the obvious, which I'm sure you've already commandeered!
I remember wanting info on a Crown Visit from your park and haven't had a reply since. Think it was back in July?

Dead park, we all know it. How do you resurrect it?
Answer:
A whole lot of hard work. ES peeps have *something* going on every single month. One demo geared specififcally to draw members, successful or not, once a month, will draw people in. Arlington/Grand Prairie/S Ft. Worth peeps are yours for the taking. You have to MAKE them interested. Get a core group of a few people together and advertise two dates out of the mnth where people will be able to SEE and INTERACT with people genuinely happy to get the attention.
I am not saying this hasnt been done, I just dont think its been done consistently.
