Last weekend we had 2 guys from UTA's "Short Horn" newspaper talk to us. They were doing an article on what people do on the weekends. They were really interested and want to do a follow up article on amtgard.
What they need from us: any and all UTA students who play amtgard. (preferr MWG residents). they need this ASAP.

the reporter showed up this weekend, but alas the rain drove us out. Hopefully by this time next week I can give him some info.

Reporters showed up again this weekend. thanks to all who took the time to talk to them. Photographer took shots of weapons, fighting and battlegame...as well as some video interviews.
the writer has some balls too...got him geared up and into the battlegame, while wearing a headband cam. I've gotten them to agree to send us copies when all is said and done. here's to hoping.

Sheesh, at the end of the vid, had a nice shot of my back-side with kiddo on my hip....ughhhh. I really liked both articles and the video. Plus, it was funny to watch Rayne run around in circles too....
